·         Career federal employees and rural carrier associates either residing or employed in an area serviced by the United Sates postal zip codes 718, 754, and 755, except those employees who have available to them another credit union in their immediate area of employment or residence.

·         Surviving spouses of deceased members of this credit union, but only if that surviving spouse is named as beneficiary of the deceased member's assets in this credit union.

·         Contract employees for federal government agencies who work in the Texarkana Federal Courthouse and Post Office Building, Texarkana, USA.

·         Retired Federal employees who live in the areas served by U.S. postal zip codes 718, 754, and 755, who are not eligible for primary membership in an occupation-based credit union in these areas.

·         Family members of credit union members. (Spouses, children, parents, grandparents, siblings, nieces, nephews)
